RCI Systems Supports the USO and our Troops Overseas
Challenge:
Provide audio support for some USO sports and musical artists that could roll off a military aircraft and be set and ready for performance in 30 minutes. The system needed to be “show ready” when it arrived by being assembled, prewired and patched from advance paperwork and be flexible and solid enough to allow for any weather and electrical foibles in the foreign areas where it was being used.

Mayoral Press Conference @ Street Corner
Challenge:
RCI Systems client needed to do a press event with the Mayor of Baltimore in the middle of a street. No electrical power was readily available with the requirement to distribute audio to all major TV and radio stations along with a live audience of 50. To minimize street closing time, the system needed to be set and struck as quickly as possible.

Groundbreaking Event @ Trump International Hotel
Challenge:
RCI Systems was contracted to provide AV support for the groundbreaking of the new Trump International Hotel Washington DC, to include press feeds to the many national and local press outlets. The main challenge was appropriately amplifying and feeding audio from the “Congress Bells” located 15 stories up in a bell tower. Moreover, this audio needed to be clean enough to feed to the many press outlets in attendance.
